Under the general supervision of the City Manager, the City Clerk serves as secretary to the City Council, oversees voter registration and all elections and is responsible for the maintenance of all official City records, documents and ordinances.  The Clerk also administers oaths of office and serves as official custodian of the City seal.

Notary Public

Please contact the Clerk to schedule an appointment to have documents notarized. 
  • Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary public
  • Please bring a driver's license or other government issued photo ID
  • No charge for notary services
