Saugatuck Wilds Nature Preserve

The Saugatuck Wilds Nature Preserve is a 169-acre gem located northeast of the intersection of 63rd Street and 134th Avenue in Saugatuck Township. This unique natural area sits within the Kalamazoo River greenway and features a diverse mix of ecosystems, including mature southern forests, floodplain woodlands, a biologically rich river corridor, vernal pools, and important wetlands. Visitors can enjoy passive recreation such as hiking, overlook deck, birdwatching, and nature observation.
