Complete this Short Term Rental Registration online form
Send the registration fee $250.00 to Saugatuck City. (Certification is valid for 3 years. Be sure to include PO Box 86)
The Fire Department will be notified when your online application is submitted. They will contact you (or your agent) to schedule an inspection.
The Fire Department will notify the City when the property meets the inspection guidelines.
Upon notification from the Fire Department, the City will send the owner or agent a Rental Certificate.
