The license holder or local agent must apply for a renewed license by submitting a renewal application no later than 30 days prior to the date that the license is set to expire, along with the license renewal fee established by the City’s fee schedule.

ADU information
Accessory dwelling units (ADU) are permitted on a lot where the principal use is an existing single-family detached dwelling. Accessory dwelling units are not subject to the STR caps, but are still required to obtain a STR license. An accessory dwelling unit can be short-term rented under the following circumstances:
