- Assemble maps and attachments needed for the application (if not available, they may be e-mailed to the City Clerk prior to the event).
- Fill out the form on this page, including supporting documents.
- The Clerk will process your application and send a notification when your event has been approved or denied.
*Note: The City will defer to Guidelines and Mandates from the Allegan County Health Department and CDC to ensure public safety for all events.
