DEPUTY CLERK

Under the general supervision of the City Manager, the City Clerk serves as secretary to the City Council, oversees voter registration and all elections and is responsible for the maintenance of all official City records, documents and ordinances. The Clerk also administers oaths of office and serves as official custodian of the City seal. |
Under the general supervision of the City Clerk, the Deputy Clerk serves as an administrative assistant, performing a wide range of clerical, customer service, and support functions for the City. Responsibilities include supporting City meetings and elections, taking payments, permit processing, and handling a variety of administrative support tasks at City Hall. |
